When life has you up against the ropes, just shimmy down off the side of that boxing ring and go see the movie with the singing cartoon pig. You deserve it. Kanye West did something of the sort Wednesday night when he threw on H to T sweats (the universal uniform for the depressed-yet-optimistic-this-will-pass among us) for a night at the Westlake Village movie theater.

 In November, Kanye was hospitalized for “temporary psychosis” following an outburst on stage at a Sacramento show during his since-canceled Saint Pablo Tour. He’s slowly begun making his way out in public again this month alongside wife, Kim Kardashian West. Kimmy also spent the season keeping a low profile following an October heist in Paris that left the reality star bound and robbed of millions of dollars worth of jewelry (until recently, her uncharacteristically reclusive behavior also extended to her formerly booming social media accounts). The couple shared dinner at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica on Sunday, as rumors circulated they were in couples therapy. A source told Us Weekly, They are not in couples counseling, but Kanye does still see a therapist every day… He’s doing a lot better. He’s definitely getting better at saying no to projects. Kim and Kanye are lucky to have a large, supportive network of family and friends to help care for daughter North and son Saint as they work through the events of the past few months.

 In the meantime, Kim and Kanye have no plans of quitting on one another. Another source told Us, It’s just been hell for them… Kanye’s behavior took a huge toll on their marriage. But Kim feels relieved he is getting the help he needs. She thinks this is what it will take to save him — and help their marriage. Stay together for the kids the entire millennial generation, Kimye. It seems there’s much more to Kanye West’s NYC visit than meetings about his fashion line — and showing off that blond hair. The rapper paid a visit to Trump Tower on Tuesday to get together
 with President-elect Donald Trump.

The “Famous” singer, who has expressed his own presidential ambitions, strode into the midtown Manhattan skyscraper, with an entourage, early in the morning. Kanye, who was without wife Kim Kardashian, walked by reporters on the way to Trump’s personal elevator, uttering only a “hey.”
After the private meeting — which Trump’s children Eric and Ivanka seemed to be on hand for — the rapper and the reality TV star turned politico came down together and posed for photos. Ivanka appeared to be beaming in the background. (Perhaps she’s a big Life of Pablo fan? Or maybe she’s a secret collector of Yeezy footwear.) “Friends, just friends,” Trump told reporters, who couldn’t get enough of the megawatt meeting, about their relationship. He called West, “A good man” and said he has known him for a long time. Kanye, who was hospitalized for exhaustion after melting down at a concert right before
Thanksgiving, wouldn’t comment, saying, “I just want to take a picture right now.” They ended with a hug.
Prior to his hospitalization, Kanye — who famously bragged that President Obama has his phone number — told a crowd of his concertgoers in San Jose, Calif., that he didn’t vote, but if he had, he would have voted for Trump. He was largely booed for his admission, with some throwing items at the stage. (Kim, whom he hasn’t been living with during his recovery, was a Hillary Clinton supporter.) While it’s unclear what “good man” Kanye and Trump really got together to discuss, one possibility is Kanye taking part in the inauguration — though with a watered-down PG performance. But the thing is, you never know quite what to expect with Kanye, and he could easily go off-track — as we’ve seen him do recently. However, Trump is a loose cannon himself, so he might appreciate that.

‘Tis the season for family, food, and a whole lot of drama … if you’re a Kardashian, that is. Would you expect it any other way?

As Kanye West recovers from his recent hospitalization, rumors are swirling that Kim Kardashian is already throwing around the “D word.” According to Us Weekly, the reality star wants a divorce, but a source alleges, “It will take some time before she can do anything.”

One insider echoes similar sentiments to Yahoo Celebrity, telling us the famous couple has “had problems for a while … before his breakdown.”

“I wouldn’t be surprised if they can’t recover from the strain of the past several months,” our source says, suggesting that there were marital issues between the two before Kim was robbed at gunpoint in October, although the stress of that trauma “didn’t help.”

The “Famous” rapper is out of the hospital but is currently seeking outpatient care away from Kim and their two children, 3-year-old North and 1-year-old Saint. A second source tells Yahoo Celebrity that talk of divorce is “way too premature” and that “their kids are Kim’s main priority.”

“Right now she’s just focused on what’s best for [North and Saint] regarding their living situation,” says the insider, who is close to the couple. “She’s happy Kanye is getting help and is still standing by his side.”

Though Kim may not be headed to divorce court anytime soon, she has lawyered up against her brother’s fiancée and baby mama, Blac Chyna.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Kim, Khloé, and Kourtney’s companies are trying to block Chyna’s request to trademark “Angela Renee Kardashian.”

Chyna, who has a 4-year-old son with Tyga (Kylie Jenner’s current boyfriend), just gave birth to daughter Dream with Rob Kardashian earlier this month. Rob and Blac have moved back in together and are reportedly planning to tie the knot, despite some on-again, off-again drama.

Per the papers, the Kardashian sisters say that if the trademark goes through, they will “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill.” They also claim Chyna is “deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity” of the Kardashian name.

However, E! Online insists everything is all good.

“Their trademark attorneys automatically oppose anyone trying to trademark ‘Kardashian,'” says the source. “I doubt the girls were even aware. Everyone loves each other. It’s just business.”

The Toll Kanye West’s Outbursts Have Taken on His Marriage to ‘Very Protective’ Kim Kardashian

It’s safe to say that the last few weeks haven’t been easy on Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West.

Almost two months after Kardashian, 36, was robbed at gunpoint in Paris and had millions of dollars worth of jewelry stolen, West, 39, has been hospitalized for exhaustion.

Now, sources tell PEOPLE that indeed, the couple’s relationship has been under some strain. According to the insider, in the week leading up to his Monday hospitalization, West — who also canceled the remaining 21 dates of his Saint Pablo tour — had been “very difficult.”

“He is exhausted and overwhelmed,” says the insider, who adds that Kardashian has not been “thrilled” and appears “less patient” with West than in the past.

“With the tour canceled, Kim hopes that Kanye will feel better soon,” says the insider. “He needs to shape up for them to work out.”

That being said, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is sticking by his side: On Monday, the star skipped out on the 2016 Angel Ball in New York City — which honored her late father Robert Kardashian, who died of esophageal cancer in 2003 — in order to rush back to Los Angelesfollowing West’s hospitalization.

The emotional event — which was attended by Kim’s mother Kris Jenner, as well as her sisters Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian — would have marked Kardashian's first public appearance since the robbery, and another insider tells PEOPLE the star had been truly looking forward to it.

“Last night was a huge deal for her returning to the spotlight,” says the source. “She had been so excited about attending the ball with her mom and sisters, but as soon as she landed, she turned right back around to be by Kanye’s side. She had to go be with him as soon as possible.”

Of the couple’s dynamics, a third source tells PEOPLE that West “has always treated Kim like he’s her queen,” and that for her part, Kardashian is “really good about sort of bowing down to him and telling him what he wants to hear” — but that doesn’t mean she agrees with his often outlandish behavior.

“She definitely rolls her eyes when he goes into his mode or rants,” says the source. “She’s also very protective of him, but he can be exhausting.”

Any reasonable mind who has listened to Kanye's talk must have realized that something was off with him. Insanely roll of his eyes, the uncontrollable head movements and gestures.

                       

His latest psychotic episodes could be diagnosed as Psychotic depression that is a subtype of major depression that occurs when a severe depressive illness includes some form of psychosis

Does that mean that Kanye's crazy? 
No. At least, not yet. 

How Is Psychotic Depression Different From Major or Clinical Nonpsychotic Depression?

According to the National Institute of Mental Health, a person who is psychotic is out of touch with reality. People with psychosis may hear "voices." Or they may have strange and illogical ideas. For example, they may think that others can hear their thoughts or are trying to harm them. Or they might think they are possessed by the devil or are wanted by the police for having committed a crime that they really did not commit.

People with psychotic depression may get angry for no apparent reason. Or they may spend a lot of time by themselves or in bed, sleeping during the day and staying awake at night. A person with psychotic depression may neglect appearance by not bathing or changing clothes. Or that person may be hard to talk to. Perhaps he or she barely talks or else says things that make no sense. 

The rapper not only reportedly lost around $30 mil for his cut of the remaining concerts, but he's on the hook for venues and others with whom he made contracts.

TMZ has learned ... Kanye had an insurance policy that covered him in the event illness prevented him from performing. The policy provides the insurance carrier will pay Kanye for not only the money he'd make but the money he was obligated to pay others if "accident or illness ... prevents any Insured Person from appearing or continuing to appear in any or all of the Insured Performance(s) or Event(s)."

Translation ... Kanye's doctor laid the groundwork for filing a claim under the policy. 

BTW ... the insurance company can deny coverage if Kanye had a preexisting condition that he didn't disclose at the time the policy was issued, or if his illness was caused by his "unreasonable or capricious behavior."
